A Typical Day As A Wholesaler
A typical day as a wholesaler:
- The night before - write down your things to do list ( people to call, appts to go to, lists to pull, research to do)
- In the morning - eat breakfast for energy, exercise, shower and shave
- Listen to some music and prepare to make phone calls (organize list, logon to sites)
- Pull lists
- Skip trace lists
- Make 50-200 phone calls
- Send out texting campaign
- Post Facebook Posts
- Post Craigslist Posts
- Eat Lunch
- Go to any scheduled appointments for the day
- Analyze deals
- Insert ALL info collected into CRM for next day followup and research.
- Do research on all new properties, update CRM with new leads, schedule appointments
- Send any offers needed
- Create things to do list for the next day
- Eat Dinner
- Relax and learn something new, Rest
