THE 5 PILLARS OF REAL ESTATE:

The first pillar is gonna be relationships. You need to have relationships in place with the people who are gonna facilitate this deal. The next pillar is expertise. You need to be competent enough about the processes and terminology in wholesaling to instill confidence in your facilitators. They need to know you can make it to the closing table. The next pillar is volume. You need to be contacting a realistic amount of people if you actually wanna get deals. The next pillar is consistency. Your real estate business is like an infant on life support. You’ve got to be there for it everyday until it takes off on it’s own. It can’t be a one-time event or something that you do occasionally. And the last pillar is gonna be tracking. You’ve got to be able to followup with your leads all the way through to the closing table. 


These 5 pillars are the foundation to any sustainable business.
