A Typical Day As A Wholesaler

A typical day as a wholesaler:


  1. The night before - write down your things to do list ( people to call, appts to go to, lists to pull, research to do)
  2. In the morning - eat breakfast for energy, exercise, shower and shave
  3. Listen to some music and prepare to make phone calls (organize list, logon to sites)
  4. Pull lists
  5. Skip trace lists
  6. Make 50-200 phone calls
  7. Send out texting campaign
  8. Post Facebook Posts
  9. Post Craigslist Posts
  10. Eat Lunch
  11. Go to any scheduled appointments for the day
  12. Analyze deals
  13. Insert ALL info collected into CRM for next day followup and research.
  14. Do research on all new properties, update CRM with new leads, schedule appointments
  15. Send any offers needed
  16. Create things to do list for the next day
  17. Eat Dinner
  18. Relax and learn something new, Rest
